This last month has been a great time at Shuren Ribet Private School! We have welcomed new students and teachers to our community and built a strong foundation for the school year.
Throughout our programs, students and teachers have come together to build our community stronger.

      To laugh and to learn together, and learn about responsibility.
      我們一同歡笑，互相學(xué)習(xí)，了解責(zé)任的意義。

      Responsibility is important in teaching accountability and ownership for mistakes as well as achievements. There are many ways that we achieve greatness. Through hard work, dedication, and focus. This month, each of us should have taken time to think about our goals and what we want to accomplish. The start of a school year is a great time to really think about what we can achieve.
      學(xué)會(huì)承擔(dān)責(zé)任、接納成功與失敗是責(zé)任里重要的兩部分。我們可以通過(guò)許多方式來(lái)取得成功，努力學(xué)習(xí)，辛勤奉獻(xiàn)，專心致志。這個(gè)月里，我們每一個(gè)人應(yīng)當(dāng)花時(shí)間去思考我們的目標(biāo)以及我們希望取得怎樣的成績(jī)。一個(gè)學(xué)年的開(kāi)始之際是仔細(xì)思考行動(dòng)目標(biāo)的大好時(shí)機(jī)。

      Responsibility  is not only about doing what is right and taking care of what is needed,  it is about responsibility to each other, the country and the world we live in. I have seen many examples of personal responsibility this last month.
      責(zé)任不僅僅在于做正確的事、關(guān)心需要幫助的人，還需要對(duì)世界、對(duì)國(guó)家、對(duì)我們每一個(gè)人負(fù)責(zé)。在過(guò)去的一個(gè)月里我看到了許多個(gè)人責(zé)任的例子。

      I have seen responsibility  in the last Flag Raising Ceremony the mentoring opportunities within the primary with the older students and younger students grouping together to teach, to learn and grow together.
      我在上一次升旗儀式中發(fā)現(xiàn)樹(shù)人小學(xué)部高年級(jí)學(xué)生幫助低年級(jí)的同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)、成長(zhǎng)，共同取得進(jìn)步。責(zé)任感在這里得到了體現(xiàn)。

      I have seen students in the Middle School and Primary serving as leaders. Standing and greeting visitors, students and teachers. Making sure everyone feels welcome in our school. Witnessed all students taking the time to  say hello to visitors and teachers.
      我看到樹(shù)人初中部和小學(xué)部的同學(xué)們承擔(dān)起領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的職責(zé)，立正向訪客、家長(zhǎng)、學(xué)生與教師問(wèn)好，讓校園內(nèi)的每一個(gè)人感到溫暖。我看到所有的學(xué)生們都會(huì)向?qū)W校教師、訪客說(shuō)“您好”。

      I have seen students in the International Primary serve as leaders, to help the younger students learn how to use arts and crafts materials, to encourage correct behavior in the hallways, and take responsibility for each other.
      我看到小學(xué)國(guó)際班的學(xué)生承擔(dān)起自己的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)角色，幫助低年級(jí)的學(xué)生掌握如何使用手工課材料，鼓勵(lì)同學(xué)們?cè)谧呃壤镆３中?/font>為端正，并為每一個(gè)人負(fù)起責(zé)任。
